Boil water advisory in west Jackson | News

City of Jackson water crews are repairing a 12-inch water main break on Magnolia Road off Clinton Boulevard in west Jackson.

At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Chris Mims with the City of Jackson said the repair was expected to last about three hours.

When water is restored, residents in this area will be under a precautionary boil water advisory until further notice.

This affects about 150 customers in the following area:

• Magnolia Road (between Clinton Blvd and John Hopkins Ave)
• Knob Hill Dr
• Glen Rose Dr
• Bayberry Dr
• Wild Flower Dr
• Melba Hill Dr
• Wood Rose Terrace
• Magnolia Cir
• Magnolia Dr
